Krevity Decision Clarity Framework™
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: The Krevity Decision Clarity Framework™ is a structured strategic framework designed to reduce decision friction within complexity-heavy organizational environments characterized by informational overload, fragmented priorities, cognitive strain, and interpretive instability. This whitepaper introduces a sequential clarity architecture centered around five interconnected stages: Signal Filtering, Context Mapping, Impact Modeling, Narrative Encoding, and Decision Alignment. The framework proposes that organizational clarity is not an accidental byproduct of intelligence or data abundance, but a structured system that emerges through deliberate interpretive sequencing and contextual coherence. Drawing upon principles associated with systems thinking, organizational cognition, strategic communication, and decision architecture, the framework explores how modern organizations increasingly struggle to convert expanding informational inputs into aligned and durable strategic action. The paper examines the structural causes of decision friction, including information abundance, priority inflation, fragmented interpretation, cognitive overload, and decision reversibility cultures. The framework is designed as a domain-agnostic yet context-sensitive intellectual system applicable across leadership environments, AI-intensive systems, governance structures, research ecosystems, educational systems, and high-context operational organizations. This publication presents Version 1.0 of the Krevity Decision Clarity Framework™ as a foundational conceptual architecture intended to support future development in organizational clarity systems, decision intelligence infrastructure, strategic alignment methodologies, and AI-assisted interpretive systems.
