Abstract: Modern development of the energy sector is focused on the implementation of energy-saving approaches through the improvement of energy storage technologies, where electrochemical systems, specifically lithium-ion batteries, occupy a key place. Further progress in this field is associated with the transition to all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs), where the replacement of liquid electrolytes with solid ionic conductors allows for increased safety, energy density, and service life of the devices. This study is devoted to the production and investigation of the electrical parameters of Ag6.25P0.75Si0.25S5I and Ag6.75P0.25Si0.75S5I single crystals. The growth of the single crystals was carried out using the method of directional crystallization from a melt-solution. To establish the optimal temperature regimes, the differential thermal analysis method was used. As a result, dark gray single crystals with a metallic luster and a diameter of 1.2 cm were obtained. X-ray structural analysis using the Rietveld method established that both phases crystallize in the face-centered space group F-43m (Z = 4) with unit cell parameters: a = 10.549 Å (Ag6.25P0.75Si0.25S5I) and a = 10.604 Å (Ag6.75P0.25Si0.75S5I). The study of the electrical parameters of the single crystals was performed using the impedance spectroscopy method on plane-parallel samples with gold contacts. The obtained frequency dependencies of the total electrical conductivity are characterized by an increase in values with increasing frequency, which is typical for ionic conductors. Increasing the temperature from 20 to 110°C leads to a significant increase in conductivity.
