EduSYN: An AI-Powered Academic and Career-Tech Ecosystem for Intelligent Learning, PYQ Intelligence, and Placement Readiness

Abstract: EduSYN is an AI-powered Academic and Career-Tech Ecosystem designed to address the fragmented learning and career preparation environment commonly experienced by undergraduate students. The platform integrates academic resource management, Previous Year Question (PYQ) intelligence, OCR-based question extraction, AI-assisted notes generation, ATS resume analysis, resume building, attendance and CGPA tracking, community interaction, and career roadmap planning within a unified system. The architecture combines PHP, FastAPI, MySQL, OCR processing, and AI-driven analytics to provide personalized academic and career support. The system utilizes structured educational data and intelligent processing pipelines to improve learning efficiency, examination preparation, and placement readiness. This research paper presents the architecture, implementation methodology, AI workflow, testing outcomes, limitations, and future enhancement opportunities of the EduSYN platform.
