Abstract: AMENDED v2.0 (2026-10-07) — RESTRICTED — GEMINI-ERA DRIFT EXHIBITS TAGGED (per author directive Oct 7, 2026). This 48-document pre-filing bundle (deposited 2026-05-30) mixes the technical companion to U.S. Patent Application No. 19/693,343 with raw Gemini-era demonstration material. The Oct 4, 2026 full-content audit found drift exhibits inside the bundle: a "Shannon Limit Bypass" draft (separately amended as Zenodo 10.5281/zenodo.23225679), "Perfect Parity" demonstration code that was never executed, and unverified "Orbital Central Bank" documents. The patent filing itself is unaffected — the filed claim line stands on its own merits and dates; the clean patent archives are records 20534377, 20548615, and 20586523. The filed specification material remains evidentiary for patent-provenance purposes; the unverified Gemini-era exhibits are NOT citable as establishing any result. Original files preserved unmodified in version history. See AMENDMENT_DRIFT_TAG_20466514.pdf for full findings. SQUIRL OS RESEARCH DISCLOSURE — This work is part of an open-book, AI-assisted research program (author-directed, AI-executed) governed by an audit-and-correction doctrine: errors are corrected by disclosed, versioned amendments with originals preserved. This software and its documents are prototypes provided for educational and research purposes only; they are not intended for production use, commercial deployment, or safety-critical environments.
