Abstract: Mubarak's Instantaneous Time Theory (MITT) Version 9.0 presents a mathematically rigorous, gauge-covariant physical framework for a non-continuous cosmological manifold. Moving away from continuous pseudo-Riemannian spacetime descriptions and digital simulation assumptions, MITT proves that physical reality undergoes an absolute, high-frequency structural collapse and reconstitution at the Planck temporal limit. The entire chronological path of an observer is modeled as a sequence of coexisting, non-overlapping physical metrics stabilized by a background Cosmological Vacuum Potential field.
