Abstract: An open letter distributing the Free Science Device system to researchers, students, and scientists worldwide — especially those without institutional support or research budgets. The system removes the three walls of science (budget, institution, peer review) by enabling automatic IceCube neutrino observation, automatic paper generation, and automatic DOI issuance at zero cost from any smartphone.
