Abstract: Target-Card Addendum I: NGC 4258 Pre-Analysis Specification for the ADI--Residual Orthogonality Gate This record provides Target-Card Addendum I to the previously registered ADI--Residual Orthogonality Gate protocol. It specifies NGC 4258 as a first target-card candidate for a future pre-analysis residual test under a projective-relational framework. The addendum fixes the target choice, the methodological guards, the external-baseline requirements, the pre-registered residual direction, and the failure conditions before any residual map is inspected under the protocol. This document does not claim empirical validation, final proof, or global theoretical confirmation. Its purpose is to timestamp the transition from a general pre-prediction protocol to a specific target-card specification. Any future positive result under this addendum would remain local, conditional, and subject to independent replication.
