Abstract: Scrotal exteriorisation of abdominal viscera is rarely reported in domestic rabbits and constitutes a surgical emergency. This report describes traumatic inguinoscrotal herniation of the urinary bladder in a domestic rabbit ( Oryctolagus cuniculus ), a 4‐month‐old entire male, following bite‐induced scrotal avulsion during territorial aggression. Clinical examination, laboratory testing and ultrasonography confirmed bladder exteriorisation without evidence of rupture. Surgical management included decompressive cystocentesis and a combined abdominal and inguinal approach to allow controlled reduction, assessment of bladder viability and secure closure of the external inguinal ring with absorbable monofilament suture. Cystopexy was performed due to suspected attenuation of vesical support structures, and contralateral orchiectomy was carried out. Postoperative recovery was uneventful, with only mild transient haematuria and subsequent normalisation of laboratory parameters. No recurrence or urinary dysfunction was observed at 30‐day follow‐up. Early stabilisation, prompt surgical intervention and anatomical reinforcement were critical for a favourable outcome.
