Abstract: In this study, we reconstructed phylogenetic relationships with plastomes of 113 members of Orobanchaceae, and assessed effects of rate heterogeneity, alignment, and missing data on phylogenetic inference. We analysed how TrimAL treatment influence phylogenetic stability, and also the influence of species sapling and locus sampling on phylogeny.
