Abstract: SUMMARY The problem of the work. Entrepreneurs engaged in freight transport must be able to draw up forward-looking plans, assessing their own and customers detailed requirements. Increasing the efficiency of transportation reduces storage costs, and increasing the efficiency of warehousing ensures a high degree of preservation of cargo while waiting for it to be removed. The aim of the work is to analyze the factors of increasing the efficiency of a transport company in today's business system. Work tasks: 1. To present the theoretical aspects of transportation activities. 2. To evaluate the factors determining the economic indicators of the transport company's activity. 3. To perform the analysis of Joint Stock Company "VIP Logistics" transportation activities. 4. To perform the analysis of the factors of increasing the efficiency of Joint Stock Company "VIP Logistics" activity. Practical significance of the research. The obtained results of the work are especially relevant for the heads of organizations, managers who want to deepen their understanding of the transportation marketing complex, its organizational efficiency and prospects. Working methods - thematic analysis of literature, systematization and generalization of data, graphical method, comparative analysis, questionnaire, etc.
