Abstract: تناول البحث إجراءات رفع الدعوى عن الأخطاء الطبية في التشريع العماني من خلال ماهية الخطاء الطبية من خلال تعريفها، وصورها ، وHسبابها ، وأنواعها ، وإثباتها ، وقد ركز البحث على كيفية رفع الدعوى الجزائية ، والمدنية ، والصلح مع إدارة صندوق التعويضات عن الخطاء الطبية حال وقوع الخطأ من المؤسسات الطبية الحكومية ، والخاتمة ، والنتائج، والتوصيات. The study addresses the procedures for instituting legal actions arising from medical errors under Omani legislation. It examines the concept of medical error by defining it and analyzing its forms, causes, types, and methods of proof. The research further focuses on the mechanisms for initiating criminal and civil proceedings, as well as settlement with the administration of the Medical Errors Compensation Fund in cases where the error is committed by government medical institutions, followed by a concluding section.
