Dyonic black holes in Lorentz-violating gravity with a background Kalb-Ramond field: Quasiperiodic oscillations and radiative properties

Abstract: We study neutral geodesic motion and Hawking emission for the dyonic black hole generated by a background Kalb–Ramond field. We derive the circular-orbit conditions, the azimuthal and epicyclic frequencies, the periastron-precession frequency, the sparsity of Hawking radiation, and the high-frequency energy-emission spectrum. The electric and magnetic charges enter neutral metric observables through the effective combination 𝒬 2 ℓ = 𝑄 2 / ( 1 − ℓ ) 2 + 𝑃 2 / ( 1 − 2 ⁢ ℓ ) . Thus, at fixed ℓ, such observables cannot determine Q and P separately. At fixed Maxwell norm 𝑞 2 = 𝑄 2 + 𝑃 2 , however, the unequal charge weights break the electric–magnetic degeneracy of the Reissner–Nordström limit. We derive this splitting and trace it through the horizon, ISCO, orbital frequency, Hawking temperature, sparsity, and emission spectrum. For 𝑞 / 𝑀 = 0 . 3 0 and the illustrative value ℓ = 0 . 4 0 , changing from a purely electric to a purely magnetic configuration decreases the ISCO radius by about 12.5% and increases the ISCO orbital frequency by about 16.6%. The combined orbital and radiative shifts provide a consistent characterization of the charge composition within the static model.
