Abstract: Derivational rotor channels for class-A torsionful first jets. The note proves that admissible rotational first-jet corrections are exactly the skew derivations commuting with the class-A structure matrix, so nontrivial NtfΩN^{\mathrm{tf}}\OmegaNtfΩ channels live only on eigenvalue-degeneracy walls.
