Abstract: Eleventh revised version (V11), fully updated preprint prepared for submission to Physical Review D. Based on the complete V10 theoretical framework, two core missing argument sections are newly supplemented: full unification statement covering all four fundamental interactions, and consistent quantum-mechanical completion of general relativity to resolve the quantum gravity incompatibility paradox.
