Abstract: Figure S8. Effect of the YS5 ADC (YS5-mc-vc-pab-MMAE) at 3 mg/kg on Du145 xenograft. Ctr ADC is constructed from a non-binding human antibody YSC10 using the same linker-payload. Du145 cells were grafted subcutaneously into nude mice. All ADCs were dosed at 3 mg/kg on Days 1, 5, 9, and 13. Tumor size was measured by caliper.
