Project management of a residential complex construction with the implementation of green technologies

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing green construction technologies in modern investment and construction projects using the example of a residential complex construction project. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set and solved: 1. Research of green construction technologies used in the investment and construction sector and their integration into projects; 2. Scientometric analysis of investment and construction project management with the implementation of “green technologies”; 3. Analysis of the investment and construction project for the construction of a residential complex with the introduction of green roofs in Moscow to increase the efficiency of the investment and construction project. The study revealed a reduction in energy costs for air conditioning and heat accumulation of premises (a green roof reduces temperature fluctuations of building surfaces by up to 40%). Additional noise insulation (noise reduction from 2 to 10 decibels).
