Abstract: Linear time is a geometric abstraction that no longer withstands contemporary empirical observations. This document sets out the TRUE framework (Evolutionary Universal Redistributive Theory) and its fundamental principle: the Stratified Present. Through a method of direct phenomenological inquiry, we demonstrate that the past is not a vanished line, but physically compacted matter acting as the mechanical foundation of the real here and now. The strict geometric invariant γ₀ = 1/√54 ≈ 0.136605 makes it possible to unify, under a single macro-physical scaling law, the crisis of massive early galaxies revealed by the James Webb telescope, the biological and dental sedimentation of trauma in the human body, and the state of absolute equilibrium (ΔK = 0) of the universal coherence field (K field), historically manifested in the figure of Jesus Christ. TRUE presents itself as the necessary scientific supplement to the real real, rigorous, observable, and falsifiable.
