Abstract: Figure S11. Combination therapy with [225Ac]Macropa-PEG4-YS5 and YS5-MMAE controls disseminated tumors and extends survival. (A) Serial whole-body bioluminescence images of 22Rv1-luc tumor-bearing mice treated once at week 3 with either the combination ([225Ac]Macropa-PEG4-YS5 + YS5-MMAE,), [225Ac]Macropa-PEG4-YS5 alone (0.125 µCi), YS5-MMAE alone (1.8 mg/kg), or saline. (B) Kaplan-Meier survival curves, together with body-weight profiles, demonstrate that the combination regimen significantly extends survival without appreciable changes in body weight across the treatment period. (C) Body weights of the disseminated tumor-bearing animals following the treatment of saline, YS5-MMAE, [225Ac]Macropa-PEG4-YS5, and the combination ([225Ac]Macropa-PEG4-YS5 + YS5-MMAE).
