Abstract: Figure S6. Representative histology of major organs collected 15 days after treatment (acute toxicity study). Hematoxylin-and-eosin-stained sections of heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney, and bone marrow from mice (n = 5 per group) treated with saline, YS5-MMAE (1.8 mg/kg), [225Ac]Macropa-PEG4-YS5 (4.6 kBq), or the combination of YS5-MMAE + [225Ac]Macropa-PEG4-YS5 are shown. Histopathological evaluation demonstrated preserved cellular architecture in the heart, lungs, liver, spleen, and bone marrow across all treatment groups. In the kidneys, while saline and single-agent groups showed no significant abnormalities, mild tubular injury was observed in 3 of 5 mice in the combination treatment group; notably, this did not translate into functional renal impairment.
