Three Conditional Clay-Problem Closures: A Shared Gaussian Observation and a Common Vocabulary

Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: Three companion papers state conditional closures of Navier–Stokes regularity, the Riemann hypothesis and P versus NP within Six Birds Theory, each under its own open premises. This paper compares them in two ways. Concretely, one family of complex Gaussian observations can be evaluated on all three settings. For positive width, viscosity and time, and for a finite window of zeta zeros closed under reflection in the critical line with reflection-invariant nonnegative integer weights, an elementary computation shows that the heat excess of the window is a positive multiple of its residual charge, the weighted sum of squared distances of the zeros from the critical line. Applied to a mild Navier–Stokes solution, the observation restates the mild equation with its nonlinear Duhamel term; on the assignments of a CNF formula the same Gaussian kernel gives a mass that is positive exactly for satisfiable formulas, as it would for any 0/1-valued filter. These identities are formally verified in Lean. They share a formula, not a mechanism, and transfer no premise from one problem to another. Structurally, the paper gives a vocabulary for proof attempts and closures: a four-state classification of attempts aimed at a target, four conditional schemas for closures that name their load-bearing source instead of deriving it, and a catalogue of typed obstruction detectors with three named open transports. Its numbered results in these parts are logical consequences of explicitly assumed schemas or checks of declared finite data. No unconditional result about any of the problems is claimed.
