A Phenomenological Theory of Drive-Dissipation Steady-State Superconducting Order in Non-Equilibrium Open Quantum Fluids
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: This preprint presents an independent phenomenological theory of non-equilibrium steady-state superconductivity in open quantum fluids. The work introduces an effective dynamic temperature defined by the drive-dissipation competition, a Langevin equation for the superconducting order parameter, and a stability criterion for the non-equilibrium steady state. The theory is self-consistent and falsifiable, providing a theoretical framework for non-equilibrium high-temperature and liquid superconductivity.
