Abstract: Comparison of SF3B1low vs. SF3B1high MDS vs. other included cases from the IWG-PM cohort. (A-D) Clinical demographics were similar between SF3B1low vs. other included cases with respect to platelet and absolute neutrophil levels at diagnosis. Patients with SF3B1low MDS were significantly older than patients with SF3B1high MDS and other included cases. (E-F) Leukemia-free survival and overall survival was similar between patients with SF3B1low MDS and patients classified as other MDS subtypes. Asterisk indicates pairwise Wilcoxon p-value <0.05. Reported p-values utilized the cox model Wald test.
