Abstract: Scientific Ontology (SO): Public Edition v3.0.0 is a public documentation release of a boundary-based philosophical and theoretical framework for describing existence, knowledge, meaning, communication, ethics, AI usefulness, and social systems through boundary, history, heuristics, operational correspondence, collation, residual retention, and residue formation. This release introduces Boundary Epistemological Critique as a new foundational layer. It defines knowledge not as a simple copy of the world, nor as a purely subjective construction, but as a process in which a history-bearing entity receives external input, processes it through internal heuristics, corresponds operationally with external heuristic structures, collates agreement and disagreement, and preserves what cannot be closed immediately. v3.0.0 also adds bilingual core and annotation files for Boundary Epistemological Critique, including a terrain-map style explanation of the movement from sensibility, understanding, reason, operational correspondence, collation, residual retention, logical-depth axis, and re-collation. The release further strengthens the application layer through Application Boundary Theory and prepares research directions including formal space theory, boundary noise, internal time, social boundary analysis, and Negentropy Economy. This public edition is not presented as a replacement for physics, economics, sociology, policy science, or existing philosophical traditions.
