The Local Ternary Event Law On Seam-Certified Wilson-Bearing Windows.

Type: article
Abstract: the local ternary event law on seam-certified Wilson-bearing windows. This manuscript is to be treated as a strict merger in which the Wilson Holonomy Lattice Mémoire serves as the parent theorem text and The Wilson Documents serves as a source of validated subsidiary modules. The principal result remains unchanged. The carrier is first fixed by an order-two seam grammar, then certified by a two-channel seam gate, then admitted into a loop-capable post-seam support, then equipped with a mature closed-loop Wilson witness, then continued locally by inherited reinjection phase and one-step flip memory, and only afterward tested for homebound closure and local ternary event structure. No older vocabulary is allowed to outrun that order. The Wilson Documents contributes four items only. First, the hydrodynamic Wilson clause, in which circulation becomes the minimal literal loop-holonomy proxy on a declared post-seam tube-bearing window. Second, the cross-proxy holonomy consistency gate, which prevents the Wilson observable from being promoted on the basis of one preferred encoding alone. Third, the shell-refinement theorem, which cleanly separates continuous shell witnesses from the common binary seam registry. Fourth, the seam-relative defect and bilax validation layer, which now sit explicitly as downstream validators rather than as competing centers of the theory. We study a post-seam Wilson holonomy lattice on a carrier whose primary admissibility grammar is binary. The motivating laboratories come from divider-bearing real-space portraits, water-wave overturning and rolled shear lanes, moiré and interference fields, spectral crossing settings, and large-scale public dressing such as PCR3BP and Lagrange organization. The central claim is deliberately narrow. Visible shelling does not define the carrier law. The carrier is first fixed by an order-two seam grammar, then certified by geometric and residual gates, and only afterward admitted into a loop-capable post-seam support on which a mature closed-loop Wilson witness becomes meaningful. The lattice is therefore not introduced as a free ornament or a universal shell ontology. It is introduced as a continuation law on an already-certified support. The paper sharpens the status of memory. Memory is not treated as an unexplained local increment. It is carried by the mature closed reinjection loop itself through inherited holonomy phase. This permits a homebound closure certificate on an admitted window, built from quotient closure, phase closure, transport closure, and residual branch closure. The principal theorem is then stated as follows. If a declared window passes the binary seam gate and also satisfies homebound closure, then the lifted return legs no longer define distinct public objects, but one quotient loop class carrying closed-loop Wilson memory and coherent post-seam continuation. A local ternary event law is then introduced as a recurrent local completion of seam-certified Wilson-bearing windows; it is not the primitive carrier grammar, but the local public refinement of that grammar beyond binary closure alone. A second layer of the paper is diagnostic rather than foundational. On post-seam tube-bearing windows, Wilson holonomy is promoted only when it is stable across a declared family of independent connection proxies and collapses under seam-destroying nulls. In water this becomes literal in the minimal sense: circulation is a loop-stable object when a rolled tube exists, and its sign supplies a chiral bit while the loop phase supplies the holonomy witness. More generally, shell refinement may generate several continuous transport families on one carrier without altering the common binary seam registry, provided the certified divider remains in the same class. The theorem spine is therefore fixed: binary seam certification first, post-seam support second, mature loop memory third, local continuation fourth, homebound closure fifth, cross-proxy identifiability sixth, and only then any local ternary event. The opening paragraph of the introduction The present paper begins from a restriction that has become necessary across several seam and lattice drafts. The visible shell is not taken as primitive. Neither ring ornament, petal organization, local sectoring, nor public morphology is allowed to define the transport grammar on its own behalf. The primary object is narrower and harder. It is a seam-bearing carrier with an order-two admissibility law, together with a post-seam hand-off into a loop-capable support on which a Wilson holonomy witness becomes meaningful. Everything else in the paper is built on that order. This shift is not cosmetic. In older formulations, lattice language, loop language, shell language, and cyclic shelling were often introduced too early, before the seam law had been fixed. That order made the imagery richer than the certificate. The present manuscript reverses that order. It begins from a certified binary seam backbone, derives the admissible post-seam support from that backbone, admits a mature closed-loop Wilson witness on that support, and introduces the lattice only as the continuation law of a support that has already become loop-capable. Section map for the merged master draft Section 1 states the restriction, the lift-quotient grammar, and the mature memory stance. Section 2 fixes the carrier grammar and admissibility hierarchy. Section 3 certifies the seam by geometric and residual gates and admits the post-seam support. Section 4 defines the mature closed-loop Wilson witness on that support and introduces the local passage law that prepares and matures the quotient loop. Section 5 introduces page coordinate, quotient memory, and ring connection. Section 6 derives the local continuation law together with inherited reinjection phase, one-step flip memory, and homebound closure. Section 7 states the local ternary event law on seam-certified Wilson-bearing windows. Section 8 returns to visible separator laboratories and places them under one common seam grammar. Section 9 states the control logic, falsifiers, theorem scope, and cross-proxy identifiability gate. An appendix then houses the hydrodynamic Wilson clause, the shell-refinement theorem, and the seam-relative defect plus bilax validation layer as explicitly secondary but reusable certification modules.
