Amendment CCCLXV — TEG Fabric Hybrid Architecture: PEDOT:PSS Woven Undersuit and Joint Coverage for ICA-1

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Hybrid three-layer thermoelectric power architecture for the ICA-1 Iron Armor system, extending Amendment CCCLXIV (rigid BiTe plate lining) with: (1) woven BiTe/serpentine TEG fabric at all joint articulation zones (800 cm²), resolving the rigid-film flex failure mode; and (2) a full-body PEDOT:PSS thermoelectric compression undersuit (9,638 cm² net additional surface) worn as a base layer. Total active TEG surface: 16,142 cm² (1.61 m²). Power output: 4.98W at ΔT=5°C (ambient 32°C/90°F) to 24.89W at Arctic conditions (ΔT=25°C), representing a consistent 77% uplift over CCCLXIV. Combat threshold (5W self-sufficiency) achieved at ΔT=5°C — below 32°C ambient, covering virtually all operational environments. PEDOT:PSS undersuit disclosed as standalone product (3–7W from body heat alone, no battery, USB-C output). All efficiency figures from peer-reviewed 2024–2025 measurements: Nature Communications 2025 (woven BiTe fabric), ACS Applied Electronic Materials 2024 (stretchable serpentine), Advanced Materials 2025 / RSC ChemComm 2025 (PEDOT:PSS yarn).
