AI VTuber: An Intelligent Virtual YouTuber System Using Natural Language Processing and Speech Synthesis

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed digital content creation through intelligent virtual avatars known as AI VTubers. This paper presents the design and development of an AI VTuber system that integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP), speech synthesis, and animated avatars to enable real-time human-computer interaction. The proposed system accepts user queries, generates context-aware responses using AI models, converts text into speech, and displays responses through a virtual character. The system can be applied in education, entertainment, customer support, and digital content creation. Experimental results demonstrate that the AI VTuber provides an interactive and engaging user experience while reducing the need for continuous human intervention.
