Using artificial intelligence in business – great opportunities and challenges.

Abstract: This article examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in business, highlighting both its opportunities and challenges. AI technologies help automate processes, analyze large amounts of data, improve decision-making, and increase organizational efficiency and competitiveness. At the same time, the implementation of AI raises concerns such as job displacement, data privacy and security issues, algorithmic bias, and increasing dependence on technology. The study also presents the results of a survey conducted among 35 respondents, which show that most participants are familiar with AI tools and use them frequently in their daily activities. Respondents generally view AI as a useful technology that can facilitate work and improve efficiency, although they also recognize certain risks associated with its use.
