Abstract: This study aims to assess the association of adverse childhood experiences(ACEs) and school experiences with depression and anxiety using data from twobirth cohorts from diff erent settings: the United Kingdom (UK) and Brazil. We willalso explore whether associations are robust to genetic confounding andwhether school experiences moderate the association between ACEs andanxiety and depression.
