Abstract: Cutis Verticis Gyrata (CVG) is a rare dermatological condition characterized by convoluted folds and deep furrows of the scalp, resembling cerebral gyri. It is classified into primary (essential or non-essential) and secondary forms. Despite its striking appearance, CVG often remains undiagnosed due to its asymptomatic nature.
