Abstract: Effects of the CB-5339/DAC combination on the transcriptomic landscape. A, MOLM-13 and MV-4-11 cells were treated with 500 or 1,000 nmol/L CB-5339 for 6 or 12 hours. RNA sequencing was performed, and the numbers of upregulated and downregulated genes were quantified for each experimental condition. B–E, Ingenuity Pathway Analysis of RNA sequencing results for (B and C) MOLM-13 and (D and E) MV4-11. Cell processes and disease-related and functional pathways are sorted by absolute Z-score.
