Abstract: This dataset comprises de-identified interictal intracranial EEG (iEEG) recordings during sleep from 185 pediatric subjects with epilepsy, collected from UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital and Children's Hospital of Michigan. The dataset includes raw iEEG data with anatomical labels and clinical metadata, along with processed derivatives containing high-frequency oscillation (HFO) detections using RMS and MNI methods. This resource supports research on pathological HFO characterization, epileptogenic zone localization, and seizure outcome prediction.
