Abstract: ABSTRACT:A six-dimensional semiclassical action functional is formulated over an extended configuration manifold M6 ≃ M4 × (R+ × S1), mapping a localized, continuous, periodic action-angle phase space (J, θ) onto a curved spacetime background. Restricting the internal cyclic integration boundaries to a topologically invariant 4π double-loop covering domain yields a joint representation of macroscopic bosonic and microscopic fermionic fields. The transition between these states is regulated within the integration kernel by weights coupled to a real scalar field Φ(x^α). An environmental density coupling stabilizes Φ(x^α), inducing a local chameleon screening mechanism where the spatial gradient ∇Φ → 0 in high-density planetary interiors. This suppresses macroscopic vacuum anisotropies below the 10^−17 threshold required by cryogenic cavity experiments. Temporal dynamics are regularized by mapping the internal phase variable θ directly onto the local gravitational lapse function N to preserve high-energy unitarity. The total invariant action satisfies covariant conservation laws within an Einstein-Cartan-Sciama-Kibble geometry characterized by a non-vanishing torsion tensor S^λ_μν. Variational analysis shows that the macroscopically averaged fluid exhibits an adiabatic sound speed of zero (c_s^2 = 0), providing a clustering non-baryonic dark matter candidate that satisfies solar system constraints. In the low-density background of the pre-recombination universe, the chameleon screening interaction vanishes, allowing the field to roll from its initial configuration. At the critical redshift z_c ≈ 3500, the effective dark energy density fraction peaks at f_EDE(z_c) = 0.0712. This transient 7.12% dark energy contribution modifies the early expansion rate H(z), introducing a controlled 10.73% compression of the comoving sound horizon r_s^* to completely reconcile values derived from local distance indicators with high-redshift CMB data, effectively resolving the cosmological Hubble Tension from geometric first principles, yielding a fully reconciled local Hubble constant of 73.04 km/s/Mpc.
