On the Scale-Relativistic Dissolution of Gravitational Collapse: A Gedankenexperiment on Black Hole Projection as QCD Stars Based on Algebraic Ontology and Modular UV-IR Duality

Abstract: In classical general relativity and astrophysics, "black hole-neutron star merger" is regarded as a gravitational event with absolute ontological status, under the default assumption that the observer's energy scale does not alter the physical nature of the event. Grounded in the unified underlying frameworks of algebraic ontology (noncommutative algebra and Tomita-Takesaki modular theory) and generalized information scale relativity established previously by the author, this paper constructs a mathematically traceable gedankenexperiment: when the observer's energy scale anchor is lifted synchronously from the macroscopic low energy scale (10^{-3} eV) to the characteristic energy scale of neutron stars (10^{8} eV) the classical picture of "gravitational accretion, event horizon formation, and singular collapse" will be completely dissolved. This paper demonstrates that a black hole is not an independent objective celestial body, but a UV cutoff illusion produced by low-energy-scale observers due to scale bandwidth limitations. In the reference frame synchronized with the neutron star's energy scale, the same algebraic manifold will be reconstructed as a metastable quark-gluon plasma star (QCD star) under strong coupling. Gravitational singularity is not the ultimate limit of the physical world, but a projection product of energy scale mismatch between reference frames. This conclusion extends the principle of relativity from spacetime motion to the dimension of scale, providing a brand-new path of scale duality for the unification of general relativity and quantum field theory.
