Abstract: This repository contains the research manuscript and computational framework for a heuristic density model of prime pairs based on the structural residue function F(x)=2π(x)−π(2x). The model interprets the formation of prime pairs (including Goldbach and Polignac configurations) as a consequence of logarithmic density loss between dyadic intervals [0,x] and [x,2x]
