Abstract: We present a unified mechanics-ethics module that unifies all tension-storage systems under a single energy-displacement invariant: E = 1/2 kx^2. Seven fundamental laws are derived: 1. Slingshot Energy: E_s = 1/2 k_s x_s^22. Slingshot Velocity: v_p = sqrt(k_s / m_p) * x_s3. Rod Energy: E_r = 1/2 k_r delta_r^24. Safe Tension Bound: T_line <= S_f * T_max5. Fluid Drag: F_drag,fluid = 1/2 * rho * C_D * A * v_a^2 The framework introduces three coupling envelopes — Safe Tension, Spike Factor, and Ethical Time — whose simultaneous satisfaction defines system VALIDITY.
