Abstract: This paper analyzes the economic impact of digital technology adoption on the performance of oil and gas enterprises. It examines how the integration of automated management systems and predictive analytics contributes to the reduction of Operational Expenditures (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX). The study specifically focuses on evaluating the Return on Investment (ROI) associated with the transition to "smart" production processes within the upstream and midstream sectors.
