Abstract: These are the raw lipidomics data for a paper by Lingwan et al, entitled Systems-Level and Flux Analyses Reveal Metabolic Antagonism as a Primary Barrier to Oilseed Design. The data represent lipid analysis of camelina seed extracts. The Excel file contains the sample information, and the other files contain the data in proprietary (Sciex wiff) and non-proprietary (mzML) formats. Information about the methodology for the sample preparation, the data acquisition, and the data processing will be found in the supplemental files of the paper. (I will add that reference when available.)
