Abstract: This dataset comprises high-density dual-layer electroencephalography (EEG), neck electromyography (EMG), inertial measurement unit (IMU) acceleration, and ground reaction force recordings from older adults walking over uneven terrain at varying speeds. Participants completed two trials per condition lasting three minutes each, along with a three-minute seated rest baseline. The dataset includes digitized electrode locations for each participant and represents a comprehensive multimodal neurophysiological and biomechanical assessment of locomotor control in aging.
