Corner Fiber Filling, Dimension Jump, and the Flattening Blow-Up

Abstract: We classify nonzero and zero corner fibers of the all-length Möbius coefficient map. The results include explicit irreducible decompositions, smoothness of all components, an escaping branch at the zero corner, and a one-step finite-slope flatification recovering the semistable rank-one model.
