Abstract: Corporate governance defines the structure defined by the performance monitoring and evaluation system, which defines the company's objectives and the means to achieve them. Corporate governance principles, on the other hand, are defined as principles that assist corporate governance, which plays a role in policy, in assessing and improving its performance from legal, regulatory, and institutional perspectives to ensure economic efficiency, sustained growth, and continued financial stability. These principles play a crucial role in achieving broader economic objectives, such as investor confidence, capital increase, and allocation. High-quality CG creates trust, enabling capital providers to create value under unbiased and favorable conditions, while minimizing the cost of accessing capital for growth. A well-implemented CG protects the rights of not only shareholders but also other stakeholders. In this respect, CGP are important in globalizing capital markets. The objective of the research is to demonstrate the impact of CGP on JS. The survey revealed a positive relationship between CGP and JS.
