16s rDNA sequencing analysis of feces from rats

Abstract: Rats underwent nephrectomy (Nx) and were assigned to the 5/6 Nx group and the SSH group. The Sham group underwent sham surgery. The rats in the SSH group received gavage treatment with Shenshuai Yingyang capsule (SSYYJN), while the rats in the Sham group and the 5/6 Nx group received gavage with an equal amount of saline. After the treatment, fresh feces were collected from the rats, and fecal bacterial DNA was extracted for 16s rDNA analysis.
