Abstract: In this study, the classical entropy concept is extended to interval-valued fuzzy soft sets to objectively determine criterion weights based on their discriminative power among alternatives. Furthermore, a correlation measure is formulated to improve the reliability of the weighting process. A systematic decision-making algorithm is then proposed and demonstrated through a numerical example, confirming the effectiveness of the method in dealing with uncertainty in complex decision environments.
