Abstract: This volume develops the R-layer framework for gravitational waves, quantum information, and cosmology. It derives tensor perturbation equations from an R-layer effective action, constructs entanglement wedges in effective geometry, formulates initial conditions via variational principles, and provides observational predictions for gravitational-wave spectra across CMB, PTA, and interferometer bands.
