Abstract: 米国Nuclear Regulatory Commission（NRC）の公開資料を用い，米国における近年10年で発生している小線源治療に関する事故事例を調査した。米国では医療事故に関する報告は増加傾向にあったが，小線源治療に関する報告は減少傾向が見られた。Low-Dose-Rate小線源治療とHigh-Dose-Rate-Remote After Loading System治療ともにヒューマンエラーを主な原因とする事例が多かった。
