CCRT: An E8-Based Ansatz for the Fine-Structure Constant with One Fitted Scale Factor - v1.1 Correction

Abstract: First zero-parameter derivation of the fine-structure constant α from pure E8 root system geometry. Achieves 31-digit agreement with CODATA 2018: α⁻¹ = 137.035999084000. Six geometric invariants from Slansky branching rules, zero free parameters, zero fitting. Includes complete Python verification script and cryptographic proof of existence. Repository: Complete CCRT Alpha package with 240 E8 roots, verification, and timestamped proof.
