HIGH Horizons - Tools for cost analyses of adaptation and mitigation interventions in healthcare settings
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: This document, deliverable D5.8, describes the demonstrator and prototype tools developed under the HIGH Horizons project. It should be read as a supportive technical document rather than a full economic evaluation report. Its purpose is to explain the tools’ rationale, structure, intended use, development process, strengths, and limitations. The tools are designed to support health facility managers, programme teams, researchers, and policymakers to estimate costs, compare intervention options, and prioritise investments for climate-resilient and low-carbon healthcare.
