Abstract: Obesity is a well-established risk factor for several cancers, but its specific role in the tumor microenvironment (TME) and progression of ovarian cancer (OC) remains poorly understood. This study investigates the mechanistic links between obesity, visceral adipose tissue, and immune dysfunction in OC, combining public database analysis with preclinical models.
