83RO Trastuzumab pamirtecan (T-Pam/DB-1303/BNT323) in patients (pts) with previously treated, HER2-expressing, advanced endometrial cancer (EC): Overall survival (OS) and efficacy in pt subgroups of a phase II dose-expansion cohort
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: T-Pam, a HER2-targeted ADC, has demonstrated antitumor activity in pts with pretreated, advanced, HER2-expressing recurrent EC. Encouraging response rates were observed across all HER2 expression levels (IHC 1+, 2+ or 3+) with the highest response in IHC3+ (confirmed ORR: ∼73% per local testing). Here, we report data from key subgroups and OS from this cohort.
