Abstract: SOMA (Schema for Outcome, Measurements, and Assays) is an outcome-centered data model developed to support representation, integration, and reuse of environmental health science data across experimental systems and levels of biological organization. Built using the LinkML framework, SOMA links assay context, protocols, measurements, and study metadata directly to Adverse Outcome Pathway (AOP) Key Events. The repository contains the schema implementation, respiratory assay microschemas, example datasets, documentation, and supporting resources described in the manuscript Standards Supporting Integration of Respiratory Outcomes Across the Complexity of Environmental Health Science.
