Abstract: The results of experimental studies of the effect of cutting modes and tool wear on the cutting force during milling with VK8 hard alloy end mills of VPS-30 fiberglass body parts with non-rigid elements are presented. Based on the obtained values characterizing the cutting process, regression dependences characterizing the force phenomena during milling are constructed.
